Ernest Mark Gapulan

Ernest is a pastor's kid and has a Bachelor’s degree from Doane Baptist Seminary, a Master of Religious Education degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, Master of Theology from Foundations Theological Seminary and Doctor of Ministry from Clarks Summit University.

He is married for several years to Mary Ann, a registered nurse, and they presently reside in Houston,Texas.

The ministries of GraceDrive is embodied in the maxim, “favored by God…driven by grace”.

The indelible mark of God’s grace in the totality of man’s existence and experience is echoed by the apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 4:15 that says, “All of this is for your benefit, and as God’s grace reaches more and more people, there will be great thanksgiving, and God will receive more and more glory” (NLT).

We designed all our agenda & activities based on this biblical truth. We love to call every person who received and has experienced the grace of God as a “gracipient”!

This conviction and motivation prompted us to work together as a team and see more “gracipients” appreciate God’s amazing grace.

GraceDrive Ministries was founded by Ernest, a pastor's kid who worked as a pastor, missions liaison and faculty member in two Baptist Seminaries in the Philippines. He is currently serving as the Lead Pastor of Sugar Grove Church in Houston, TX.

GraceDrive's vision started 5 years ago when ministry leaders expressed their desire to be more competent and equipped in facing the organizational challenges of this generation.

We responded to the need by organizing ministry leaders’ consultation in four priority provinces and through them, God revealed more ministry opportunities that need urgent attention.

Currently, the organization has affiliate organizations and partners addressing the welfare of retired ministry leaders, ministry leadership consultations and financial assistance to pastor’s kids with special needs.

It is our prayer that Christ's love and grace will be enjoyed by many more people all over the world!

Brad Pettiet

Brad is a graduate of South Plains College, Texas Tech University and Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Bradley and Karon have been married for several years and are the parents of three daughters.

Karon is a Special Education Teacher for Frenship ISD. Brad & Karon were also blessed with three grandchildren.

Mel Andricks

Mel Andricks, a former missionary to the Yao people in Malawi, Africa, also worked with a medical missions team under ABWE in the Philippines.

After Mel was saved at the age of 14 under the influence of a missionary in her hometown in the Philippines, she later graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Biblical Studies, Eastern Mennonite University with BS Management and Organizational Development and Liberty University with an MA in Health and Human Services.

She has two children, and is member of Calvary Church in Lancaster, PA. Currently she serves as an online missionary with Global Media Outreach as well as an English Language Learning teacher for refugees. At MissionNext she is passionate about coaching applicants who desire to serve God all around the world.

Rhyjob Henry Cabugwas

RJ is a pastor's kid who finished his bachelor’s degree in theology from Baptist Bible Seminary & Institute in Manila, Philippines. He has been pastoring First Baptist Church of Spring Valley, California for more than 20 years. He is currently the President of the Association of Bible Seminaries International(ABSI) based in California.

He is married to Phebe, a missionary and pastor’s kid and is blessed to have three growing kids: Reuben, Sean and Karisse.
