GraceDrive @ 3: Beyond the Vision

See, I am doing a new thing!

2019, a year of wins and wonders- whether it be helping more than a thousand of people through grace packs with HeCares360 during Batanes and Cotabato quakes and the Guimaras boat tragedy or touching lives of 5 pastor’s kids with Shepherd’s Care, GraceDrive has taken bold steps to its vision. Along with those engagements, the movement has also declared the realization of Shepherdsville One by doing a ceremonial groundbreaking in Guimaras last April as it was joyfully celebrated by the gathering of US and PH volunteers in Ilolilo City.

It is also with great pleasure that we welcome new volunteers and partners in the US, Canada, Asia & the Philippines! Along with that, resounding rejoices have been felt as we are joined by new ministry partners. This expansion led the Board to decide in hiring a full-time Administrative Director to be based in the Philippines to efficiently coordinate plans prepared for the year ahead.

All matters considered, we have seen so much accomplishments coming into fruition. The progression of things happening are even ahead of our timeline! Oftentimes, we are reminded that it is not by human efforts but by His grace that we have come this far. When we shared the GraceDrive anthem in front of the audience of Doane Baptist Church in Iloilo City, the message of the song became a testament of how God can do wonders to its people.

As we move forward to 2020 with much anticipation of what is in store for us, let us take the time to think about how God has woven ideas, people and circumstances for GraceDrive. From the preparation of hearts of its leaders and volunteers to arranging the events according to His will and for our good, may we always remember that JESUS is the one behind the vision. Jesus has always been and will be the reason for our being, of our actions and of our accomplishment. Beyond the vision, beyond the successes is our GOD- the source of unlimited and incomprehensible grace. Here’s to the audience of One!
